These Terms & Conditions govern the sale, manufacturing, and delivery of air compressors by Mahavir Air Compressor. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to comply with these terms.
1.1. These Terms & Conditions apply to all agreements, offers, and transactions between Mahavir Air Compressor (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) and the buyer unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing. 1.2. The buyer is deemed to have accepted these terms upon placement of an order.
2.1. All quotations provided by the Company are non-binding and subject to availability. 2.2. Orders must be confirmed in writing by the buyer. Any verbal agreements or changes must be confirmed in writing by both parties. 2.3. Once an order is placed and accepted, it cannot be canceled without the Company’s written consent.
3.1. Prices quoted by the Company are subject to change without notice, unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. 3.2. Prices are exclusive of taxes, duties, shipping, and handling charges, unless otherwise specified. 3.3. Any price adjustments due to material cost changes or other external factors will be communicated promptly.
4.1. Payment must be made within the terms specified in the invoice (e.g., 30 days from the invoice date) unless otherwise agreed. 4.2. The Company is not liable for delays or failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, wars, government regulations, or any other force majeure event. 10.2. In such events, the Company may suspend or terminate the contract without liability.
